- all photos & materials submitted are not under copyright, or you are the licensed owner or have been granted permission to use by the owner

For Custom Artwork orders, the time to shipment varies greatly depending upon several factors, including but not limited to: number of items commissioned, complexity of the project, or other orders waiting ahead of your request. My usual time to complete a project is about 2 weeks depending on volume.

Made-to-order Resin products take 72 hours to fully cure once poured, & may need additional time for sanding. Please allow for adequate time on all custom orders, however, I will do my best to do what I can to arrange for special occasions.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service, with Tracking & Insurance. At the customers discretion, Additional insurance or Signature Confirmation may be added. This will be at an Extra Cost to the Customer.
Imbued Ink currently ships to the United States, including Alaska + Hawaii. Domestic Orders under 15" in size include FREE shipping. International buyers, Please contact me before placing your order, to see if order can be fulfilled to your location. Due to changing laws & restrictions, we reserve the right to refuse service to customers outside of the USA. We apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience!

Drink Coasters, Paperweight, Trinket Cups:
Hand wash ONLY, using warm soapy water, towel & air dry.
No abrasive materials (like the scuffy side of a scrub pad)
No solvents or harsh cleaning products of any kind.
Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight & away from sources of heat.
May scratch, scuff, or break if dropped.
Jewelry Pendant, or Resin "Crystal" Ornament: Handle with care. Refrain from wearing in shower, spas, etc. Be sure not to hang near any heat sources, as this may cause the item to bend or become discolored.
Wood Plaque, Canvas, Skateboard:
All artwork comes ready to display.
To prevent fading or discoloration, Please keep artwork indoors only & away from prolonged sunlight. Do not soak or get wet - even though my artwork has been carefully & generously sealed, this does NOT provide complete protection from the elements. To ensure years of enjoyment, treat these like you would any fine art.
Occasionally remove any accumulated dust with a soft, clean dry rag (like a microfiber cloth) or, use a Feather Duster to lightly fleck dust away.
Original Sketch, Drawing, or Signed Limited Print:
Artwork will come in a resealable archival cellophane - perfect for safe transportation, display, or storage. Please leave the artwork in the photo bag until a frame is available.

Rates vary depending on several factors such as: Size, Number of Subjects, Extra Details (like background or other elements) .

Provided for you below are some common size ranges for wood pieces, along with the Base Price for art with a Single Portrait Subject.

If you're looking to include Multiple Portrait Subjects on one piece, a good way to estimate the cost would be to: Choose a size, look at the Base Price, then add $30 for each additional subject.

These are numbers to help when estimating an idea for cost - Actual price may vary. Prices do not include tax (customer is responsible to pay taxes due) & shipping for Oversized items (over 15") may be extra.

SHIPPING ON TIME

For In-stock items, your order will ship within 3 days after your date of checkout.

When ordering Custom, please allow ample time from placing the order to receipt of goods.

For custom orders, we work together on the design plan, before beginning the artwork. I provide frequent communications before & during production, allowing you to provide input throughout the process.

Several options are available & generous number of revisions to get it just right. Time can vary on custom projects. Please see the “How Long Will My Order Take” section on this page for more info, or contact me with any questions.

HANDMADE QUALITY & QUIRKS

Please expect some variation between my handmade items to occur, even within "matching" sets - Although I cannot guarantee a perfect match, I will still do my best to ensure comparable quality for each product.

Resin products are each made one by one & without a pressure pot.

Occasional bubbles, cloudy spots or other imperfections may occur. Proactive controls are taken to locate areas for improving the final outcome- such as eliminating bubbles as they form, filling in voids, & sanding any rough or sharp edges.

Although each piece is closely inspected before placing for sale, some imperfections could potentially be missed.

Great care is taken to ensure that comprehensive photos and descriptions are listed for each item!

REFUND POLICY

If you placed an order in error, please contact me immediately to cancel or substitute the order.

If you placed a Custom Order that needs to be canceled & the work has NOT been started, the order may be refunded, minus a 10% fee. In some situations, the 10% fee may also be waived.

Once the order has been confirmed, The window of opportunity to refund or substitute an item has passed.

An order is considered “confirmed” Once one of these two qualifications has been met: Either,

1. Custom Materials have been dedicated to your project, or,

2. In-Stock Items Have Shipped),

Unfortunately, due to the time consuming & personalized nature of each item, I do not offer refunds on fulfilled orders.

An order is considered “Fulfilled” once the item has been shipped.
